Zerelam: Empowering Creativity While Respecting Intellectual Property

At Zerelam, we provide an innovative online platform that enables users to design and sell personalized merchandise, such as T-shirts, to showcase their creativity. To maintain a fair and respectful environment, we strictly prohibit any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.

If you believe a user of Zerelam has infringed upon your intellectual property rights, please follow the reporting process outlined below:


A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Zerelam is committed to promptly addressing valid infringement claims. Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will remove or block any content reasonably believed to infringe third-party intellectual property rights and may terminate service to repeat offenders.

To report a copyright or intellectual property violation, provide the following details to our Designated Agent:

  1. Identification of the Infringed Work
    • Specify the copyrighted work or intellectual property being infringed, including applicable registration numbers if available.
  2. Description of the Infringing Content
    • Provide a detailed description and location (e.g., URL) of the allegedly infringing content on the Zerelam platform.
  3. Your Contact Information
    • Include your full name, address, telephone number, and email.
  4. Statements of Good Faith and Accuracy
    • Confirm your good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized and provide a statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming the accuracy of your report and your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  5. Signature
    • Supply an electronic or physical signature of the authorized person.

B. Handling of Infringement Notifications

Once Zerelam receives a bona fide infringement notice, we will:

  1. Remove or Disable Access to the infringing content.
  2. Notify the Member responsible for the content.
  3. Terminate Repeat Offenders’ Accounts where applicable.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice. Include the following in your submission:

  1. Identification of the Removed Content
    • Specify the content removed and its previous location on the Zerelam platform.
  2. Statement of Good Faith
    • Declare, under penalty of perjury, your belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Contact Information
    • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  4. Consent to Legal Jurisdiction
    • Confirm your agreement to jurisdiction in the event of legal proceedings.
  5. Signature
    • Provide your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, Zerelam may notify the original complainant and may reinstate the content within 10 to 14 business days unless legal action is initiated by the rights owner.
