What shipping options are available?
We provide a flat-rate shipping service across the USA for $5 per order. Unfortunately, deliveries to U.S. military bases are not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long until I receive my package?
Expect delivery within 3-8 business days across the USA. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal exclusively. You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your transaction.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Can I modify my order?
Orders cannot be changed after confirmation. Please review all order details, including item specifications, sizes, designs, and shipping addresses, before completing your purchase. Returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections are not supported.

Can I cancel my order?

Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Can I request a return or refund?

What is the time frame for returns?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. Beyond this period, refunds will not be issued, and the order will be considered accepted.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it:
