“Kylian told me that Milan were part of his plans, but at the end of his career,” Riccardi said. “He was joking, unfortunately. No one or almost no one can afford him now.”

Mbappé’s dream of playing for Milan never came to fruition, but he has gone on to achieve even greater things. He has won multiple Ligue 1 titles with Paris Saint-Germain, reached a World Cup final with France, and been named FIFA’s Best Men’s Player of the Year.
