On Wednesday, Donald Trump issued a stern warning on Truth Social to Nikki Haley’s donors, stating, “From this moment forward, anyone who contributes to Birdbrain will be permanently excluded from the MAGA camp.” However, less than 24 hours later, Haley cleverly turned this attack into a campaign merchandise opportunity.
Haley retorted on Thursday in a post on X (previously known as Twitter), “Enough said…Get your shirt here!” She included a link to Nikki Haley Barred Permanently Shirt emblazoned with the words “Barred. Permanently,” available for purchase by donors for five dollars.

In a subsequent statement posted to X, she wrote, “Trump claims I’m not conservative, which I find amusing. As a Tea Party governor, I challenged the establishment in South Carolina, which is why they weren’t particularly fond of me. But it doesn’t matter to me whether the swamp approves of me or not. I’m fighting for YOU.”
Interestingly, The Hill noted that following Trump’s initial threat to ban Haley’s supporters from his club, one of his ex-staffers made a donation to her campaign.
Sarah Matthews, a former Trump administration employee who resigned after the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, posted on X, “Done,” along with a link to donate to Haley’s campaign. She encouraged others to join her, writing, “Join me in donating to @NikkiHaley here.”
