Zerelam provides a creative e-commerce platform that enables users to design and sell custom merchandise, including apparel and accessories. To maintain a fair, lawful, and respectful environment, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and related protections. If you believe that your intellectual property has been violated by a user of Zerelam’s services, please follow the reporting procedure below:
A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, Zerelam will promptly review and remove or restrict access to any content suspected of infringing intellectual property rights. Repeat violators may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
To file an infringement report, please provide the following details to our Designated Agent:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property claimed to be infringed, including any registration details.
- A clear description and URL or exact location of the allegedly infringing item on the Zerelam platform.
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement asserting your good faith belief that the disputed content is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A declaration made under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of your claim and your authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
B. Handling of Infringement Notices
Upon receipt of a legitimate infringement notice, Zerelam will remove or disable the reported material and inform the responsible user.
- Accounts of repeat infringers may be permanently terminated.
C. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Identification of the removed or disabled content and its previous location on the Zerelam platform.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was based on a mistake or misidentification.
- Your full contact information.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of your local court for legal proceedings.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Zerelam may notify the original complainant and may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days unless the rights owner initiates legal action.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal liability, including damages and attorney’s fees, as outlined under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
