Regarding shipments with multiple addresses, we regret to inform you that our system currently does not support this feature. Should you wish to send items to separate destinations, please place individual orders for each address. Shipping is available for PO Boxes; however, we do not support delivery to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time. Concerning international orders, please note that all shipments from the United States are processed DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We does not collect VAT or import duties during checkout.   • Swift delivery: Items are packaged and delivered as quickly as possible after production.
 

Accepted methods: PayPal and Stripe; use credit or debit card or PayPal login at checkout.

  • Use the Size Chart on the product page when available.

  • Measure a garment you already like—lay it flat, measure width and length—and compare to the chart to reduce guesswork across styles.

  • If unsure, check the exact measurements rather than guessing based on usual size labels.

  • Modify order: Not allowed after confirmation; double‑check size, design, and address before finishing.
  • Cancel order: Allowed within 6 hours if not yet into processing or production. Contact support.
 

  • Return window: Up to 30 days after delivery for eligible returns or exchanges; items must be in new, unused condition.

  • Return shipping: Usually customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to store error.

  • Final cutoff: After 30 days, orders are final and non‑refundable under normal conditions.

If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the order, check around the property or with neighbors/building management, then contact the shipping carrier listed in your confirmation email; if still unresolved, reach out to Zerelam support.

  • Apparel: Wash cold, avoid harsh bleach, air dry or tumble dry gently to preserve fabric.
