Every Zerelam garment is made-to-order using premium materials carefully selected per product. Most of our apparel is crafted from high-quality polyester, cotton, or polyester-cotton blends, chosen for softness, breathability, and long-term shape retention.

Designs are applied using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or All-Over Print (AOP) sublimation with OEKO-TEX-certified, water-based inks. This gives sharp colors, a smooth feel, and a print that bonds directly with the fabric — no cracking, peeling, or vinyl-style overlay. The exact fabric and print method for each item is listed in the product description above.

Zerelam offers inclusive sizing on most apparel from XS up to 5XL, so every body can find the right fit. Our tees and hoodies follow a unisex, true-to-size cut with a relaxed shoulder line and a slightly longer back hem for natural movement.

For the best result:

• Check the size chart on the product page — measurements are listed in both inches and cm.
• If you’re between two sizes or prefer an oversized look, size up one.
• AOP (all-over print) styles tend to fit slightly more relaxed than DTG tees.

To keep your Zerelam apparel looking new and the prints vibrant for years, follow these simple care steps:

• Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the print.
• Use a mild, bleach-free detergent — skip fabric softeners and harsh chemicals.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry in the shade. Avoid high heat.
• If ironing, iron inside-out on low heat — never directly on the print.
• Do not dry-clean.

Following these guidelines protects the DTG/sublimation print and keeps the fabric soft, structured, and color-rich wash after wash.

Yes — durability is a core part of what we build at Zerelam. Every piece is printed with professional-grade Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or sublimation technology using OEKO-TEX-certified, water-based inks that bond directly with the fabric fibers instead of sitting on top like vinyl or transfers.

When you follow our care guide (cold wash, low-heat dry, inside-out ironing), customers consistently report that prints stay vibrant for 50+ washes with no cracking, peeling or flaking. Our heavyweight cotton blends and reinforced double-stitched seams help the garment itself hold its shape and color long-term.

Every Zerelam item is printed, finished and shipped from our partner production facilities in the United States, primarily based in Michigan and across our U.S. fulfillment network. Because we operate on a true print-on-demand model, nothing is mass-produced overseas — your item is custom-made after you check out.

Standard production takes 3–5 business days before your order leaves our facility. From there:

• USA: typically 5–8 business days door-to-door.
• International: typically 10–25 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Each package is shipped with a tracking number emailed to you the moment it leaves the warehouse.
