At Zerelam, every order is made-to-order, so production typically takes 3–5 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, here are our standard rates:

• USA (domestic): Flat rate $5.95, delivered within 5–8 business days after production. We currently do not ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
• International: Worldwide shipping starts from $13.00, with final cost calculated at checkout. Delivery generally takes 10–20 business days depending on destination.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your custom apparel leaves our facility.

Every Zerelam item is custom-printed on demand after you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Here's the simple flow:

1. Place your order — choose your style, size and design, then check out.
2. Production (3–5 business days) — our team prints, cuts, sews and quality-checks your item.
3. Shipping — the package leaves our facility with a tracking number sent to your email.

Zerelam supports two secure, trusted payment gateways so checkout works smoothly worldwide:

• Stripe — pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB).
• PayPal — log in to your PayPal account or check out as a guest using a linked card.

All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant channels. Zerelam never stores your full card details on our servers, so your payment information stays protected.

Getting the right fit on Zerelam apparel is easy if you follow these steps:

1. Check the Size Chart on each product page — measurements are listed for every style (Unisex Tee, Ladies Tee, Crewneck, Hoodie) in both inches and centimeters.
2. Measure a garment you already wear and love — lay it flat, measure the width (armpit to armpit) and length (top of shoulder to bottom hem), then match those numbers to the chart.
3. Compare to your body measurements when in doubt — actual measurements are more reliable than the size label, which can vary between brands.

If you prefer a relaxed or oversized look, size up by one. Still unsure? Reach out to our support team before checkout and we'll help you choose.

Since Zerelam apparel is custom-printed for each order, our editing window is short:

• Cancellation: Possible within 6 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn't started. Just email our support team with your order number.
• Modifications (size, color, design, shipping address): Allowed within the same 6-hour window — after that, the order moves into production and can no longer be changed.

Please double-check your size, design and shipping address at checkout to avoid issues. Once production starts, we're unable to recall or alter the item.

Because each Zerelam item is made-to-order, returns are handled case-by-case. Our policy:

• 30-day return window: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Defective, damaged or wrong items: We cover the full cost — just send a photo to support within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
• Buyer-error returns (wrong size or change of mind): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.
• After 30 days: Orders are considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Every Zerelam shipment includes a tracking number, which is automatically emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. You can use it on the carrier's website (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) to follow your package in real time.

If your tracking shows delivered but the order hasn't reached you, try these steps:

1. Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door) and ask neighbors or building management.
2. Contact the shipping carrier listed in your confirmation email — they can often locate the package.
3. If it's still missing after 48 hours, reach out to Zerelam support with your order number. We'll investigate and, where eligible, arrange a free reprint or full refund.

Lost-in-transit cases (no delivery scan) are eligible for a free replacement once we confirm with the carrier.

Taking care of your Zerelam custom apparel is simple — follow these tips to keep the print sharp and the fabric soft, wash after wash:

• Machine wash cold (30 °C or below) on a gentle cycle, inside-out to protect the DTG print.
• Use mild detergent and skip bleach, fabric softeners or harsh stain removers, which can fade the design.
• Air dry whenever possible, or tumble dry low. High heat can shrink natural fibers and dull the print.
• Iron inside-out on low heat. Never iron directly on the printed area.
• Wash with similar colors for the first 1–2 washes to prevent any color transfer.

For non-apparel items (mugs, hats, home goods), always check the care label on the product — instructions vary by material.

The result is a soft, breathable print that doesn't crack, peel or flake like vinyl or transfers.

When you follow our care guide (cold wash, low-heat dry, inside-out ironing), our customers consistently report that prints stay vibrant for 50+ washes. We also use heavyweight cotton blends with reinforced stitching, so the garment itself holds its shape and color long-term.
